House Rules
Guests must agree to abide by the House Rules in advance of their stay.
Safety Reminders
Please remember to close/lock any doors and windows when you leave the property
No candles or naked flames – don’t burn down the house.
No smoking within the property and avoid stamping out cigarettes on (artificial grass or) neighbouring properties.
Courtesy Reminders
Please be considerate to neighbouring properties and people.
If you are returning to the property late at night please keep noise, chatter to moderate, low levels and avoid slamming car doors.
No Anti-social behaviour.
Do not disrespect the furniture and contents of the property
You are responsible for cleaning up after excessive mess/spillages/breakages
Dispose of rubbish considerately using bins provided and paying attention to any recycling requirements in the property.
Child / Infant Guests
Our property insurance does not provide cover for children/infant guests under the age of 12 years, therefore we cannot accept them to stay at the property. Our insurance also does not provide cover for infants under 2 years of age.
Pets
Unfortunately we cannot accept pets at the property. We do our best to accommodate guests with assistance animals
Events / Parties
Under no circumstances must events or parties be hosted or take place at the property.
Solicitation
Prostitution or solicitation is not allowed.
Breaking of the ‘House Rules’
Makes you liable for fines starting from £100 for leaving any mess and upwards for breaking any of the points above; any damage fines will be proportionate to any damage caused.
Photo / Proof of ID
We may ask for photo or proof of ID to be provided in advance of stay.
